How should I store my coffee beans?
Store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize Direct Trade relationships, paying far above Fair Trade minimums to ensure sustainability and quality for our farmers.
What is the difference between light and dark roast?
Light roasts retain more of the bean's original origin flavors and acidity, while dark roasts feature bolder, smoky, and caramelized notes.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
While we recommend grinding fresh for the best flavor, we offer several grind options ranging from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso.
When was my coffee roasted?
We print the roast date on every bag. For peak flavor, we recommend enjoying our coffee within 2–4 weeks of that date.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can adjust your frequency, swap products, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
